Frequently asked questions

Can you manufacture blades from a drawing?

Yes. We can manufacture from PDF, DXF, DWG or STEP drawings. Please identify critical dimensions, material, hardness and quantity where available.

Are these official OEM parts?

WALI is an independent manufacturer of replacement blades and wear parts. Brand names are used only to identify machine compatibility and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Can you identify a blade from the machine model?

Usually yes. Send the machine brand, model, original part number and clear photographs. A sample or dimensional sketch may be requested for final confirmation.

Which blade materials are available?

Common options include D2 / SKD11, DC53, HSS and application-specific alloy steels. Material is selected according to feedstock, impact load, wear and required service life.

How do you recommend hardness?

Hardness is balanced against toughness after reviewing the processed material, contamination, impact load, blade geometry and the current performance issue.

What dimensional tolerance can you achieve?

Critical dimensions can typically be controlled to ±0.02 mm when the drawing, datum and inspection method are confirmed before production.

Can you supply a trial quantity?

Yes. Prototype or small trial quantities can be supplied before repeat or volume production.

What is the normal lead time?

Lead time depends on material, geometry, heat treatment and quantity. It is confirmed after technical review and drawing approval.

How is product quality inspected?

Inspection may include material certificates or PMI, hardness testing, dimensional measurement, flatness, edge angle, surface finish and final batch records.

Do you provide OEM and private-label services?

Yes. We support customer drawings, branding, identification, export packing, confidentiality requirements and repeat batch production.
